As a founder and CEO, over three decades I have developed a deep and broad understanding of all aspects of doing business in Maine: financial, operational, sales/marketing, technical and legal/regulatory. I help startups and established businesses discover and achieve their vital goals. As someone who has led successfully led businesses through multiple successful pivots to different business models, I am particularly good at transitions.
I am a Harvard educated computer scientist. I understand, both as a manager and as an implementor, systems and AI. While I use AI in almost everything I do, it is not always the appropriate tool for companies. I help companies understand when to use it, and guide the implementation.
